Ta Yih organizes a one-day trip for our employees and their family every spring and every autumn of a year, in hopes that they feel Ta Yih values and cares about its employees and that they have a wonderful day they are able to relax and communicate with one another.
Ta Yih provides a subsidy on travel expenses for employees during the summer vacation in August every year. Employees may use the subsidy to arrange their own overseas tours.
With the system requiring medical personnel to provide health examination service for employees, and ensuring prevention of occupational diseases, Ta Yih arranges for the hospital to conduct health examination at Ta Yih for its employees. Heath of each employee is treated as a high priority. For the employees who have abnormal health examination results, Ta Yih further arranges for doctors to provide consulting service at Ta Yih every month to prevent any disease from spreading and expansion and enhance health of employees.
Ta Yih holds the year-end activity to reward employees for their contribution and effort over the past year. For the year-end party, Ta Yih invites professional bands to perform and holds a luck draw activity and the atmosphere is usually exciting. To promote the breastfeeding and support the friendly breastfeeding environment, Ta Yih highly encourages female employees to breastfeed in the workplace, and has created a comfortable and barrier-free breastfeeding environment.
Chairs with backrests, sinks, refrigerators, UV baby bottle sterilizers, lockers, and garbage cans with covers are also equipped.
Independent space near each workplace is provided for employees to have a place where they are able to relax and relieve stress from work during the break time.
