Talented Employees – For the purpose of enterprise development, the educational training system provides 4 types of training, i.e. on-the-job training, educational training in the factory, educational training outside of the factory and overseas educational training. A specific unit plans and arranges for training programs based on the needs of corporate development every year to offer opportunities for employees to learn and grow consistently.
Ta Yih adopts a dual promotion system for management positions and non-management positions. Each employee is able to develop and be recognized based on performance of duties. For being fair and reasonable, promotion of an employee is prudently discussed and determined at the meeting on personnel review.
- Assistant Engineer at Electronic Technology Department
The main work of an assistant engineer at the electronics department is circuit board layout. Actually, there were some things about the work I was not so familiar with, but my supervisor and co-workers helped. In addition to electronics-related knowledge, I have also learned 2D computer graphics and other basic drawing operation. I am able to support when the department is in need of such skills. To be an assistant electronic engineer, you are required not only know functions of electronic parts, but also understand drawings, and you shall be good at communication and pay attention to various details. For example, I completed PCB layout and handed it to RD. I felt happy when RD was satisfied with my work. - Assembly Worker at Assembly and Production Department
I am responsible for checking the packaging of lamp bodies. I feel that I have become more careful at work, and also try to manage time well. I know that workers at some factories work at a fast pace and usually speak in a hurry. However, people in my department are nice, and usually speak with patience. When I have problems at work, I ask co-workers or the team leader. Everyone is willing to help. The head of my department told me, “It is good to have work done fast, but it is better to have work done well.” So you do not have to be fast, it is more important to do things right. - Development Engineer at Development and Promotion Department
The thing I feel good about at the development and promotion department is the mentoring system. A new employee is led by a mentor. The mentor teaches step by step, and lots of tasks have SOPs. If you know key points and work pursuant to the operating procedure, there will be no problem basically. As a development engineer, I usually have a sense of accomplishment when seeing on the road the car lights that we developed and mass-produced successfully. Though I am just responsible for a small part of the whole process, yet I still have a sense of achievement when actually seeing the lights or receiving praise for what I have done.
