The internal audit of Dayi Transportation is an independent unit directly under the board of directors. In addition to reporting the audit business to the supervisory committee, it also attends the report of the board of directors.
The internal audit regulations specify the internal audit and review of the internal control of the company's various operating procedures, and report on the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the design and routine practice of such controls.
The audit work is mainly carried out in accordance with the audit plan approved by the board of directors. The audit plan is formulated based on the identified risks, and special audits are performed as needed.
The internal audit regularly reviews the self-inspection operations of the internal control system implemented by each unit, including checking whether the operation is implemented and reviewing documents to ensure the quality of the operation, and reports the results of the self-inspection to the board of directors.
